Empathize: Conduct in-depth research to understand your users' needs and behaviors and identify key personas to guide the design process.
Define: Clearly articulate the users’ needs and pain points. Map out opportunities and create comprehensive user journeys to visualize their experience.
Ideate: Challenge existing assumptions and brainstorm creative solutions. Evaluate and refine ideas through testing while considering technical feasibility.
Prototype: Develop high-fidelity prototypes to bring ideas to life. Test them with users for feedback and refine as needed. Provide comprehensive documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team.
